Small Package Module - Unlock

UnLock is part of our Small Package Module service line. UnLock is designed to recover payments made to small package carriers including UPS, Fed-Ex, and DHL, when a guaranteed service refund is warranted. These instances may include:

• Packages that aren’t delivered on time
• Proof of delivery is required but not met
• Shipments that are voided or not actually shipped
• Address correction reporting

As a result of these functions and an industry-wide failure rate of 3.2%, UnLock users recover significant expenditures from their small package carriers as well as being able to utilize the system to build extensive databases which can be invaluable in evaluating areas within their small package logistics that could be more efficient. It also serves users by evaluating their carriers’ performance and in providing extremely detailed request-for-bid packages.
