The enVision suite offers many exciting features to third party logistics companies. They include:
Seamlessly connects with the VTD - The enVision Suite was designed with the Virtual Traffic Department (VTD) in mind. It has the ability to leverage routing logic, rate tariffs and can leverage the VTD’s rate engine to preform rate and BOL audits. When linked with the VTD, the enVision Suite becomes an efficient way to process large amounts of freight invoices electronically.
All mode Freight Invoice auditing interface - The enVision Suite was primarily designed for LTL, Truckload and Small Package invoices but has the ability to retain summary data of any freight invoice allowing the 3PL to capture data on all freight modes.
Before Audit & After Audit data capture - All freight invoice data is saved in its original state
as well as its post auditing state. This allows for the 3PL and shipper to know exactly what the freight carrier invoiced and how they invoiced it. This becomes important when calculating audit savings and when generating carrier invoice accuracy statistics.
Automated carrier check writing - The enVision Suite automates many of the accounting functions of a 3PL provider. One of the key features is the ability to manage carrier invoice payment through easy to use carrier payment screens.
QuickBooks integration - The enVision Suite is able to export data directly into any accounting software package and has pre-made modules for QuickBooks accounting software.
Freight Invoice batch reporting - Freight invoices are processed in batches when using the enVision Suite. This allows a 3PL to accumulate invoices over any period and process them all as a batch. This has the benefit of allowing multiple people to work on one customer account without disruption to the other.
Web based reporting when combined with the VTD - All our software is designed with the end user in mind. One way in which the enVision suite really improves 3PL’s efficiency is that it eliminates the need for shippers to call the 3PL customer support staff by making most of the data available online. This has the benefit of reducing the amount of calls to client support lines.
Duplicate Freight Invoice resolution interface - The enVision Suite aids the 3PL by automating many tasks central to freight invoice audit. One of those is duplicate resolution. The enVision
suite gives the 3PL user an easy to use, intuitive interface for dealing with duplicate invoices and retains the duplicate invoices for latter reporting to the 3PL’s shipping clients.
